2 Tbl Vegetable Oil
2 Tbl Butter or Margarine
1/3 cup of Flour
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 lbs Chicken Drumsticks or Thighs

Sauce:
1/3 cup Honey
1/3 cup Homestyle Chili Sauce (see photo...there's a specific one you want)
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add oil and butter to a 9x13 baking dish and melt in oven while it preheats. Combine flour, ginger and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture and place skin side down into baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes, then turn chicken over, bake another 15 minutes.
Combine ingredients for the sauce. Drain the grease from the baking dish and pour sauce over the chicken. Bake additional 15 minutes basting every 5 minutes.
Serve with rice and use sauce on the rice.
